The Partners

Every brief in the firm is settled by a partner. There are two.

Adv. Vinod Pant

Managing Partner · at the Bar since 2007

B.Com (Hons) & M.Com, Delhi University · LL.B., Delhi University · MBA · ICWA

Before taking to the Bar, Mr. Pant spent more than forty years in Indian industry, holding senior corporate positions with groups such as Usha and Sriram. That career is the firm's edge: he has sat on the client's side of every commercial dispute he now argues, and brings a cost-accountant's eye to damages, maintenance and settlement alike.

Enrolment No. D / 668 / 2007

Ms. Amrit Arora

Partner

B.Com, Delhi University · Company Secretary · LL.B. (2024)

A Company Secretary before she was an advocate, Ms. Arora anchors the firm's corporate, compliance and drafting practice and appears alongside Mr. Pant in the firm's matrimonial and consumer briefs — pairing a governance professional's precision with a fresh command of current procedure.

Enrolment No. D / 15764 / 2025

Manner of Proceeding

How a matter moves through the firm, from first meeting to final order.

Clause the First. Consultation & Opinion

The matter is heard in full at chambers. The firm gives a candid written opinion — including, where it is the honest answer, that litigation is not worth its cost — and settles the strategy and fee before anything is filed.

Clause the Second. Pleadings & Filing

Plaint, petition, complaint or reply is drafted by the partners themselves, settled with the client line by line, and filed in the proper forum with every annexure in order.

Clause the Third. Appearances & Hearings

A partner appears at every effective hearing. After each date the client receives a plain-language note of what happened and what comes next.

Clause the Fourth. Resolution

Decree, order, settlement or award — and where the outcome warrants it, appeal to the next forum. The file closes only when the client's remedy is actually in hand.
